This turtle was machined out of aluminum using a 60 deg V-tip milling cutter.  It was a fairly complex part (about 200,000 lines of G-Codes) generated in Cimagrafi.  The size was about 1.5" wide and the total machining time was about 4 hours.  A spindle speed of 10,000 RPM was used.
